i’ve just recently started using coconut oil in my cooking and beauty routines and it is absolutely marvelous! here are 160 uses for it. :)
lately, a lot of people have been asking what my workout routine is. i made a playlist of the youtube videos which i work out from.
since this summer, i’ve been doing the first three (which combined make up the winsor pilates twenty-minute routine) with any combination of two to three of the other videos in the playlist 5-6 days a week. :) it’s been harder to keep up with it at school since i’m so busy, but i’ve been trying really hard to.
it’s a challenge, especially when you just start out (ooohhh… the burn), but you’ll definitely see results if you keep it up on a regular basis and eat healthy most of the time, haha!
